Tidy Turf Mats
Tidy Turf Mats specialise in handmade synthetic turf mats that are perfect for keeping the caravan or car sand and dirt-free when exploring the great outdoors.
They are an Australian owned and run family business who were originally in the business of synthetic turf installation, this hubby and wife duo quickly reinvented the wheel during the beginning of the 2020 Covid lockdowns. After years of being asked by clients for offcuts of turf to use around the home as mats, they decided to teach themselves the skills necessary to start rolling out custom-made purpose-built turf mats for the home and caravan.
As more and more Aussies began to explore their backyard and live a life of travel (like us!), so grew demand for Tidy Turf Mats.
All Tidy Turf Mats are made in Australia from high-quality UV resistant materials, and come in any size or shape needed. Whether you’re living a life of camping, fishing, travelling, or are simply at home and want to keep your backyard where it belongs (in the backyard!), then these mats are an absolute must-have!
We love supporting small Aussie run businesses, and we also like to keep our caravan and vehicle sand-free. It was these two reasons that made going with Tidy Turf Mats a no brainer!
They’re a small start-up family business with really good quality van and camping mats that are all manufactured in-house by them (a huge plus for us!).
The mats are really simple and handy at keeping all the crap outside our caravan and car. Our three kids kick around in thongs most days, traipsing through the sand and dirt… and very rarely do they get everything off their feet. These mats capture all that mess and make sure it doesn’t end up in our van or car.
We put the Tidy Turf Mats in the car for day trips, at the entrance to the caravan, and even use them to do maintenance under the car! If we are in particularly dusty or rocky terrain and need to get under the vehicle, we simply slide them underneath so we don’t need to lay directly on the red dirt or gravel. We couldn’t travel without these mats now.
