Ingenia Holidays Rivershore Review

Rivershore Resort is located at 99 David Low Way in Diddillibah. The resort is based on the banks of the Maroochy River in the heart of the Sunshine Coast, offering campers everything bar the kitchen sink – oh wait, no they offer that too!
There’s spacious camping and caravan sites, and even self-contained safari tents with views of the river! The camp kitchen, BBQ and laundry facilities, kiosk and cafe offer convenience for the parents. The kids are certainly not overlooked either, with a water slide, jumping pillow, swimming pool, mini-golf and a playground.

The Ingenia Holidays Rivershore was a very comfy stay, if not a bit expensive. The kids especially loved it – the swimming pool was huge, and the kids had a ball on the slides! If we’re honest, we were a little impartial to a cocktail or two by the pool during happy hour. Be warned though, the pool can get quite busy as they offer day-passes to locals.
The campsite was spacious, green and quiet. There were no permanent residents at the site and it was nicely removed from the hustle and bustle of central Sunshine Coast, whilst still being close enough to easily explore the area.
We liked how the amenities and camp kitchens were spread around the site, and the staff were all super friendly.
If you’re happy to pay a bit more, and you like the luxury of poolside cocktails and playgrounds for the kids, then this place might be a good pick.
