Hagley RV Farm Stay was so cheap, and what we got for that money was amazing! The place was neat, organised, and beautifully maintained.
Perhaps the best part of the farm stay was the shed that we could access, which had an amazing set up! There was a big fire in the corner which we sat around of an evening and had a few drinks. There was tourist info in the shed, puzzles for the kids, games, magazines – it was so beautifully laid out.
The owners Steve and Annette were really awesome people. They came and checked we were okay, made sure we had everything we needed, and joined us for drinks. They had a veggie garden and allowed us to use whatever we wanted from it. The garden had the biggest zucchinis we’d ever seen! They were about two feet long and 10 inches wide.
The kids had an absolute ball! The owners had set up a Pokemon challenge where hints and tips were set up for the kids to go out into the park and try to find them. There was also a big teddy bear made out of hay bails, and so much room for the kids to run around!
We were the only ones when we visited, and found it a fabulous place for an overnight stay – especially considering how affordable it was!
